Tony's friend, Aaron, came over after church and Tony made one of his favorites, migas, which is torn tortillas cooked in oil then eggs are added and scrambled w/cheese. It's a hip stretcher, but these are teenage boys, so who cares about calories.

Funny, all these years of being married to a Mexican boy, I had no idea what the name of that dish was! Jaime used to make it years ago, but has not for a long, long time! I am enjoying your posts!
